Dear Mr.Davie,
What you say about big companies appear to be true.It is a little late for me to look for a small company.
When you are being chased by creditors, you approach a company that appeals or recommended,as in my case by CAB.
I am paricularly unhappy that phone calls are not returned, despite a promise on the answering machine that theywould.
I have a bank overdraft included in IVA,but the bank still produces statements incurring charges and interest.
I have brought this issue with my usual repesenttives at the firm representing me,despite havig sent a copy of recent statements about 20 day ago and a promise that it would be sorted out,it hasnot been done and my phone calls have not been returned.
It is very sad, particularly as a cahrge is made for running an IVA.
I also had a meeting with my bank manager a month ago and gave copies of IVA documents.I expressed my intention to keep my account open, though I was promised a reply, it has not materialised.
As the bank overdraft is included in IVA, can I point out to Bank manager that it is illegal to produce such statements.
Hara
