please can you help me. Currently in 2nd year of IVA. Considering immigrating to the states from uk as wife is american. is it possible to continue payments from abroad or am i bound by law to stay in country until iva is paid off.
It is fine to continue making your payments into your IVA from a foreign country, but will a move to the US affect your income and expenditure in any way?
