hay all well after weighing all decisions i have decided to go bankrupt as i can no longer maintain my iva due to health problems, spoke to my IP today and she was sooo supportive they have been so good at bridgestones, felt a bit guilty tho as they have done a lot for me, but they have offered to give me any advice if i need it or if i want to talk I must say that is good service.
Anyway i have to wait for some documentation from bridgestones to sign and then i have to wait for my iva to fail, by then my bankruptcy should be ready to go ahead but i will keep this forum updated to my whole experience as it progresses so that it gives people some further insights. [:p]
