can you qualify for an IVA if you have already been made bankrupt

Hi matt

Yes you can! I do a lot of these types of case, and they work very well. The Official Receiver can also put forward what is known as a "fast-track" IVA themselves if your circumstances are appropriate.

Can you give me a few more details so that I can advise further:-

1 Are you still bankrupt or discharged?
2 What assets do you have (if any)?
3 Do you have any disposable income?
4 What is motivating you to now want to propose an IVA, having gone through the bankruptcy process?
