r.t, can I ask that you don't post in upper case - that's classed as shouting and is hard to read.
As regards the expenditure, CCCS fix a certain amount, and unfortunately that is what IP's use.

See Mel's post above, whilst we all have to use certain guidelines the figure quoted does seem to be the guideline figure as it was, it certainly doesn't seem to be at the maximum end of the allowance.
I would certainly draw your IP's attention to the issues you have raised here when review time comes around.

To RT - did the IP adjust the figures you presented to them when your IVA was being drawn up? This is always a dangerous practice, and could lead to ultimate IVA failure as I think you will find it difficult to live to that budgt for the next four years or so.
Do you have any assets which would be at risk under bankruptcy proceedings, were you to consider that route as an alternative?
What if I can't find my payslips? I can just show the bank statements. One other concern I have is the charity donations I am making. I do give a bit to charity every month and try to cut back on my expenses the best I can. Will this affect my review in anyway? Cheers.
Depending on how much you give to charity, if you can tell the IP that you have managed to save this money from your allowances, there shoudn't be a problem.
You will also have to tell your IP if you can't find your payslips. I would think that you would be able to use bank statements, but you'll need to check.

"And since I use the bus, will considering buying and maintaining an economical car be classed just as unreasonable within the IVA?"
I managed to buy a car with my IVA. I needed it for my sales job, so I sold all my bedroom furiture on a well known auction site and used the money to pay for an old banger and insurance.
My IP was fine with it, as without it there would have been no job, no income and no IVA
You will just have to run it by them and see what they say.
