Hi All,
I think I'm at the stage when everything gets you worried....I sent all the info to Melanies team yesterday via special delivery ( guaranteed before 1pm ) I've tried tracking the parcel and it said it arrived at the PO Box and is awaiting delivery/collection,( i did'nt send it to a PO Box, I sent it to Melanies address) I then rang the phoneline but it could not confirm delivery due to a technical fault. I sent an email confirming that the info had been sent yesterday and asked if they could email me back when they received it, someone did try to ring me around 5 o'clock but i missed the call and when I rang back the office was closed. So I don't Know if this was a call to say it has arrived or has'nt arrived. If any of Melanie's team are on tonight and can let me know it's arrived I'd appreciate it.
Sorry if this seems a small problem to some but I'm just a bit stressed at the moment as we started to receive some letters from creditors this morning and it's all really kicking in now. Also to lose this file would be awful. I will be ringing Melanies team first thing tomorrow but i can see a sleepless night tonight not knowing if my info has arrived.

Sorry , but I'm a bit of a stresshead at the moment..

It's natural to be worried Paul, I am sure the paperwork has got there, perhaps if Melanie is looking in she may know and post on here.

It's not nice when the letters and calls start, but you are now one step closer to that IVA. Now Melanie has the paperwork she will be able to get on with the proposal and before you know it, you will have a meeting date.

Oops - I think that was me you spoke to Paul! Sorry I did not stop to chat, but I was rushing out of the door to a meeting. I cannot remember seeing your paperwork in the mail today, but we do receive a lot so it has quite likely been received.

Do give Clare a ring tomorrow and I am sure she will be able to confirm that the documents have been safely received.

Thanks Melanie,
I will call Claire in the morning,.....WOW I can't believe I actually spoke to THE Melanie Giles!!!!!

When you're young and you realise what film stars are and if you ever see them you get starstruck.....I just got that feeling....or have I been on this forum too long?????...or did I really speak to the Angelina Jolie of the IVA world.

Melanie , you're an angel and you work too hard!!!!!

Thank You
Paul

Don't be daft Paul! - I am happy to speak to you at any time of the day if you need me to, and so are my team.

My hubby is grinning at the thought of me being compared to Angelina Jolie - but now the thought of spending the night with Brad Pitt ...........!!!

Haven't met Melanie yet but speaking to her on the phone gives you an air of confidence and nothing is too much trouble and all will be ok....and guess what for me and a lot of Melanie's clients it was/is. All the best
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
