I know what you mean but its only this month really that i have missed payments and I was expecting some calls. I was really worried about NR from what has been said on here but i have had some supporting replis so I am hoping that my proposal suits them, I am trying so hard to make this work for all my creditors and i hope they see that. thanks for your support Ang

Yes I was like you I had managed to keep scraping the payments and only missed them when told to by my company. I really only had a problem with one out of 17 creditors between me and hubby a lot didnt ring or even write, so you may be lucky and not get any.
Keep us posted I unfortunately have to go to work in a few mins to earn the pennies for the iva.

many thanks Marie and melanie for your support - all i want to do is pay back as much as I can to my creditors, I need to avoid bankruptcy due to my job, I hope that they see my offer in the IVA is much more beneficial to everyone and I am really my best - fingers crossed for Tuesday.

Have faith in your IP and a procedure that successfully returns more money to creditors than is distributed under bankruptcy proceedings. I am sure that you will be fine on the day, and good luck!

Thanks Melanie - 2 days to go and nerves setting in but I remain positive. I hope I can give an encouraging message to everyone on here on Tuesday when i get my decision, especially with regards to Northern Rock, as they do get a bit off a bashing on here. It may be justified, but I am hopeful they will review all cases on an individual basis and not pre judge on all IVA cases as seems to be what some people are saying. This site has been a great support and whatever the outcome on tuesday, i feel i will find a way to make my debt situation better. Fingers crossed for Tuesday .

I can assure you that Northern Rock do look at all IVA proposals which are sent to them very carefully, and do not have any sort of "block rejection" policy.

Good luck for tomorrow. Hope it all goes well. Such a relief when it all comes together and the broken nights sleep are all a thing of the past.
My husbands IVA was approved in February and it has made such a difference to life.
