[V]HELLO EVERYONE!
HAD OUR SECOND IVA MEETING TODAY NORTHERN ROCK STILL SAID `NO`
MOST OF OUR OTHER CREDITORS SAID `YES` BUT NOT THEM
MEETING AGAIN NEXT WEEK[V]

Hi Natasha ... hang on in there. I know how frustrating this can be, it took three 'cancelled' creditors meetings for my F&F to eventually be accepted.

What is it with NR??? They have a really bad reputation for saying no to IVA's. Under the present circumstances, you would think that the more they accept the more money they can get back....

Oh dear Natasha, as said hang in there. Hopefully next week. You must be so stressed from it all. I was bad enough for just the one meeting date.
Hopefully all will be sorted next week and it will all be worth it.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

being rescheduled isnt yet a NO...so keep on hoping...as debbie said sometimes it takes a third meeitng...at least the IP is pushing so they must have some hope for it

keep pressing on
IVA completed 11th Dec 2009 due to a Full and Final with the fantastic help of Michael Peoples and

The meeting can only legally be adjourned for up to fourteen days.
