Hi One and All!
I am new to this forum but felt compelled to join. I am a mortgage adviser in the North of the country and am increasingly coming into contact with clients who are blighted by an IVA which they are trying so desperately hard to work through. These, I guess like many of the other posters on here are good, hard working people who due to circumstances find themselves where they are and are trying to do something about it. Where I am becoming frustrated is in dealing with mortgage lenders who are increasingly unwilling to help; as a result I am unable to help. Is there anyone on here who can give me a steer to lenders who typically will look sympathetically at such cases or even specialist brokers who wont take their eyes out with high charges. I look forward to your replies and suggestions

Hi Richmond 12 and welcome to the forum

We have an excellent gentleman who posts on the forum, called Ryan Radford of Zebra Finance who has helped a lot of forum posters find mortgages once their IVAs have concluded. It might be worth giving him a call. I also think the Select Partnership in Chester are good as well.

If you go to the experts pages under "Ask a Question" on the left side of the page, you should find his direct details. Good luck.
