Hi Suziem and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear that things are not working for you. I'm not an expert, so I cannot answer your question about the bailiffs, but Melanie or one of the other experts will be along soon. Would you mind letting us know which IP company you are using for your IVA?

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Hi suziem

Are you sure that it is your solicitor setting up the IVA for you? That is quite strange as not many solicitors would also act as IPs - are you based in Northern Ireland perhaps?

This does seem to be taking a considerable length of time to put together. Are your financial affairs quite complex? I suggest that you get your solicitor to speak to the bailiffs office as a matter of urgency.

Hi
Can you just confirm that you are dealing with an IVA provider through a solicitor or is the solicitor actually the IP ?.Also do you know if you have actually had a creditors meeting since your last one was rejected ?

Suzie

This all sounds very muddled, I cannot see exactly who is representing you in this IVA. Albeit you have had a long road to the IVA, if you have a creditors meeting set for 3 or 4 weeks time it looks as if their work is now coming to a conclusion.
