Iva on credit record

I took out a Iva 85 months ago it failed in the first year the went bankrupt 72 months ago the bankruptcy as now dropped of but the Iva is still there how do I get this Iva of my credit record can someone help thanks

I would have thought the iva would have dropped off by now too, usually around the six year anniversary. You could try contacting the credit agencies and ask them to update you file.
Iva completed with a F&F. Completion certificate received Jan 2017

Hi,

Get in touch with your original IP and ask them to remove the record and also get in touch with the credit agencies.

I think the Iva company I used went bust so wot would I need to do

Which company was it? They were probably taken over. Should mention it on the credit record.

The IVA will not drop off as it looks like it was never reported as failed by the Insolvency Service. Have you checked the Insolvency Register ?

Hi foggy I've just tryed looking but when I put my details in it just keeps coming up no match found

Looks like it was terminated then. I would ask the IS to report to the CRA's that the IVA is no longer in force.
