It says started 2008 completed 2012 so I am hoping it will disappear by 2014 not 2018 as andy says above?

I'm am a big fan of IVA's and they way it helped me. But get your your letter of completion and nothing, a fact sheet regards what to do next in respect to the right procedure to fix your credit file and when to do it properly, so we can get on with life, wouldn't go amiss, would it?
Forgive me if any IP does this as matter of course, but I get the distinct feeling not?

Thanks mattyboy

I can breathe again

only just getting to grips with credit files etc. Had the dreaded welcome finance to deal with today. They are registering late payment not default so having a battle to get them to move the default back to 2009. I am thinking they are going to try and mark settled next to my file next month and leave it on for 6 years from then. ( Was hoping welcome may disappear as they are in default themselves and can't take any more customers but not so

)
