Just out of interest, how are wages pay dates viewed in relation to the day you make your IVA payment?
For sake of argument, if my SO for the IVA goes out on the 14th of the month but I get paid on the 18th of the month, should any overtime etc count for the payment already gone or the one the following month?
(Probably not making this clear!! So, if I make my standard IVA payment on 14th June, then get paid on 18th June for my standard wages plus overtime, should this be payable as part of my 14th June IVA payment or should it be taken as part of the 14th July payment? Hope that makes sense?!)
The end is in sight - months not years!
Looking forward to a brighter future for my children!

I believe the iva date is worked out depending on the date your iva was approved however if you ask your IP i am sure they change it so it coincides with payday and make life a little easier

We have our payslips reviewed by Payplan every three months and pay over any surplus income at that time. Hope this helps although I know every company works differently.
