Hi, I have been wondering if anyone could help... I got my IVA on monday and there was nothing in it about over time and bonus's ect so I was told what ever I get is mine. However after reading a number of posts on here im unsure if they can request more money should I keep doing over time and getting paid more? Thanks

If there is nothing in your proposal, the best thing would be to call your IP and ask. There are some lucky ones who dont have to pay over the extra. You may be one of them.

yes, Speak to your IP to be sure....I will be surprise if you can keep 100% OT/Bonus or Commission

Hi Chris

You may not find any reference to overtime, bonuses, etc in your proposal but when you get your chairmans report of your meeting you may find this information contained in here. you should get this report very soon if you have not already asyour meeting was on Monday.

if in doubt contact your IP who I am sure will be happy to clarify this for you
