Pennyless, you will get the results of the voting when your Chairmans report comes through. It will be on there.
It's usually with you within a few days, but you might have to wait a bit longer because of the postal strike.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

Great thanks elv. Have ready every single one of these posts on my thread this morning remembering the trials and rollercoaster ride that I've been through and the great support I have received from yourself and others.
I jest not, Max has been a little star over these past weeks, his picture always makes my wife and I smile!
Hope your fully recovered now from your OP.

Good everything fine here thank you - Max was great dealing with t/calls - he has a very loud screach and I told Mercers that if they came to the house they had better bring a casualty doctor with them because Max would be out of his cage - he can take a finger off in a second and is a better guard dog than a German Shpeherd!! Anyone who goes near my wife if he is out are in some danger - he is very protective. Anyway, I so pleased for you and your family and I am glad the Forum helped you - it certainly helped me - Jan was brilliant - always there when wanted as was Skippy - nothing seems to be too much trouble for people on here. Take care and hang around!!
Penny I am so happy for you. You have got to the place where you wanted to be and thank you for your kind thoughts about myself and Rainbow, wanting us to have our IVAs accepted too.
Everyone on this site have been so supportive and welcoming, I don't know where I would be had I not found it.
7 year IVA completed in December 2016 - there is light at the end of that tunnel
Hi Pennyless & our sincere congrats to you,, have only just logged on,, my broadband is on & off at the mo,, trying to get it changed,, one of the drawbacks of living out in the sticks. Anyway great news we are really pleased for you,, its a great feeling isnt it? Our second payment goes out soon & its nice to beable to budget without thinking about credit cards & those times of the month when the payments were due. We no longer fear the post coming & although we still get the odd phonecall we know they will fade as & when all relevent departments update there records. Again congrats & have a virtual beer on me,, lol.
Thanks mikepapa.....yep its a great feeling. Onward and upward from here I feel. Will be great not to have the credit card and loan bills dropping through the door.

Been wondering how you are feeling - glad you are the way you are. Don't wish to be personal but I am sorry your in-laws feel the way they do. There but for the grace of God go I - comes to mind. You have got you and yours sorted now - that is all that matters and you have clearly done your best for your creditors. You are in the hands of an excellent IP - any difficulties just give a ring to the person nominated to look after you and Melanie is always there if you want her.
Thanks Elv....after 25 years married to their daughter and showering them with some of the proceeds of my debt you would assume they would be more understanding, however, to tell the truth I will not be losing any sleep over it. For them to suggest such a thing as "divorce" over money is more a measure of them as individuals, rather than me and my failings I feel.
I honestly wish my own Mum and Dad was alive (both passed away at 60)and that I could of told them my problems. I've no doubt they would of hit the roof and called me every name under the sun, but one thing I'm sure of is they would of helped me.
Truth be told I would dearly love to have my Mum here now to grab me by the scruff of the neck and drag me back up on my feet but I suppose eventually we have to learn to pick ourselves back up and take control of our own destiny......just seems it was much easier not being an adult.
Anyway as the saying go's "down but not out"
