Hi new to the forum. Need a little advise please. DFD suppose to be dealing with an IVA for me and my hubby. Sent all paperwork off bout 2 weeks ago, but not heard any thing back. Phoned them today and they have told me it has been passed on to a company called Tenon, because my hubby is self employed. And i should wait for them to call me. has anyone heard of this company? Getting a little worried now.

Tenon are known on here, they have mixed reviews.

If you are not happy with the service you are receiving so far, then I suggest that you look towards going with a different company. You need to be totally happy with whoever you choose as you are with them for a long time.

If you visit www.iva.com you will find a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice about all the options open to you and the best way forward for your circumstances.

Any questions you have, there's usually someone on here to answer them!

That is interesting to know that DFD are passing their self-employed cases to Tenon. Make sure that they arrange for the IP representing you, or a senior member of their staff to meet with you personally - as this is a requirement under insolvency guidelines.
