Has anyone decided thatt an IVA is not the right way for them to go after receiving their proposal and if so what did the IPCompany say when you told them this.

I can answer as an IP who has dealt with several clients who have changed their minds at the last minute, and can say that so long as they are making the right decision for them they receive my blessing.

I think most IPs would act the same way as Mel describes above. If the IP felt that there was a better option than an IVA they would probably encourage a person to seek that solution as an alternative anyway.

Hi inamess,

You can change your mind at any time but i also agree if there was a better option than an IVA your IP would encourage you to go through that route.
