Has anyone any details of the new IVA protocol and will it make any difference to existing IVA's.

Also are there any Income Allowances guidelines within the new protocol

Details of the new protocol can be found on the following link.

http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/insolvency ... eting.htms

The new protocol follows the CCCS guidelined expenditure, and once the protocol is in place across the board, it is hoped that IVAs will become simpler, cheaper and more widely accessible as the main option for debt recovery and rehabilitation.
