Hi Becky, is there any reason it has to be from Cheshire? You can use anyone in the country.

yeah I know I have one with accuma but was looking for someone local for my parents. I thought u now had to have a face to face , but i've just had a thought is that only for self employed. If there's no need for a face to face id like them to use Melanie as I know they'd be in good hands!!

It is only if you are self employed that you definitely have to have a face to face. I think Melanie likes to do them, but it's not a problem if you can't.

If your parents are not self-employed, and they prefer to deal over the telephone then I am more than happy to speak with them - alternatively Ian Millington is in Manchester if they wish a face to face with someone more local. I am sure that he would be happy to help.

That's kind of you to say so Becky - and I look forward to chatting with Mum and Dad in due course.
