I am currently considering an IVA...about £7,500 of my debt is owed to HSBC. I am also considering going through the process of reclaiming bank carges from them...over the last 6 years they have charged me £,000's!!!

Would this affect the IVA at all?

I think they keep any refunds given. They'll just deduct it from the outstanding balance,
