Hi Melanie, Many thanks for that, everyone I have spoken to so far told me it didn't exist! Hopefully CAB will be able to give me some advice tomorrow, or atleast point me in the direction of someone that can assist me.

Hiya, I've been to see CAB and they were helpful, although I cannot enter an IVA or go bankrupt. They are going to work out a payment plan for me. They were also able to find ot that one of my debts had 2 companies chasing it, so my actual debt is approx £29000. I am now concerned about whether my creditors will accept this as I was dealing with Harrington Brooks - Allclear Finance, and all they have done is make my situation worse!!

Sounds like CAB are doing a good job Floating.

I don't think they would be proposing this plan if they didn't think it would go through.
