Just be upfront with your IP - tell them your concerns. I'm sure they will understand and I'm sure they will do all they can to help and advise you on the right course of action to take. Ask for a variation or F&F...you will be fine :) I have always found the forum excellent for helping me decide what to do! The advice on here is awesome, as is the feeling of comfort.
