Hi philj and welcome to the forum
If you propose an IVA you must include all of your creditors both personal and business debts. An interim order will stop the electricity provider cutting off your supply, but you need to move fast and get an IP on board to represent you immediately.
These things take time to put in place, so find someone who has experience of dealing with such cases and can act quickly- and you should only need to pay the costs of an interim order - £130, not £2,350 up front!
