Have you had a look on www.iva.com ?

You will be able to read reviews of IVA companies and IPs.

I noticed a claim of 99% success rate.

Very impressive claim.

Skippy, it was a good suggestion. Sam you might want to find out the IP dealing with you and type his/her name into the search on the site Skippy has recommended and see if any reviews come up. I've not heard of them but the IPs who post on here might have done. X

Thanks Viki.W and Skippy13 for your advice.
size5, is 99% success rate an unrealistic claim then?

Thanks all

I always think it's a bit iffy when they don't list their address.

Depends what measure you use sam_s.

99% success rate on getting the paperwork right first time?

99% success rate of answering the phone within 5 rings?

The problem is that it is not clear what the success claimed is measured against.

If it is 99% success rate from getting paperwork back to successful creditors meeting then yes it is unrealistic, for many different reasons.

If it is 99% success only on those cases that go to creditors meeting then it is theoretically possible to achieve 100% success but in real life it doesn't happen. There are many posters on here who post of rejection so I am a little sceptical.

I suppose it all really depends on where you set the goalposts.

Regards.

Are they insolvency practitioners, or are they just a packager?

Hi
My guess is a packager.
Such limited info on the website makes me think that it is a lead providing company
