I have had my IVA for 4 years & 9 months, there are still 4 creditors who have not claimed the amount owing, I agreed a variance as I got into arrears when I lost my job, I agreed to this in March, the company mislaid the paperwork & asked me to supply valuation, mortgage quote etc etc, they sent me a text message saying I was in breech as I had not sent it in, I contacted them & told them I have sent it, I am querying how much is outstanding but thy don't seem to be listening now they have told me that I need to give them permission for the variation by today or they will cancel my IVA I have told them I am not querying that I owe anything I am querying the amount I owe, they have got really ****ty with me, when I agreed to this back in March & they lost the paperwork, I really want to make a complaint but I am worried they will get even more ****ty
