Hi Guys - Just thought I would add my contribution, although I haven't yet received the chairman's report relating to my own IVA acceptance, I have received my wife's and this is how the creditors voted -
Total debt £75K - approx dividend to creditors 43p in the £):
Barclays Bank (£16K) - FOR
Capital One (£9K) - AGAINST
Egg (£0.5K) - FOR
HBOS (£4K) - FOR
Morgan Stanley/Goldfish (£3.5K) - FOR
RBS (£5.5K) - FOR
Barclaycard (£11.5K) - FOR
Those creditors that did not vote included American Express, Halifax and Tesco.
