Hi OW
We also have what could be classed as a joint iva, not sure how it works,but all our debts joint and individual are being paid back with one payment. I think you individually have to get 75% of the votes each. That is why a couple of times I have seen posts where one has got enough and the other hasnt which makes it difficult.
I am sure Melanie or someone quite knows how it works, but it is possible but is not an actual joint iva,more too running side by side.

There is no such thing as a joint IVA,after all its an "Individual Voluntry Arrangement",however it is common to have IVAs that are proposed seperately but financed with one monthly payment amd administrated on a joint basis by your IP.They are joint in terms of disposible income and fees but are proposed seperatly and each must gain 75% of votes cast, by value ,on debts that belong to them or are joint.
