Welcome to the forum.

It is an 'assisted' bankruptcy company. They will charge you a fortune to do something you could do yourself.

If you are in an IVA and are happy with it, then continue with it. If you are having problems, your first port of call should always be your IP.

As ever, if anyone receives unsolicited contact from these people, or their ilk, please forward all letters to me by mail, fax or e mail.

My contact details are in the experts section on the left.

I thought this lot had disappeared, but obviously not.

My advice to anyone receiving one of these letters would be to either send it to Size5, or to file it in the bin. If you are struggling with your IVA then as Jan says, speak to your IP and they will want to help you.

Hi
I have had the Carefree Group ring me up again,
does anyone else get bothered by them. Next time I am going to very rude and use some big bad words!

I've never had any phone calls, just letters.

I'd be the same as you as well Linda - the second word would be 'off'!

I will always be bothered and don't pay the postage *wink*

I always get a reply too and file these accordingly as if they ever send another they'll get it again!

THANKS FOR THE WORDS OF WISDOM FOLKS! I gathered it was a scammer even though the letter looked official it has now been filed in the archived bin section
