We have had a few forum members service their IVA from abroad in the past. It is doable, as long as you keep your IP informed of changes of address and account for currency conversion variations and fees when making payments. However, setting one up from abroad might be more problematic and you will have to prove that the UK was your "centre of main interests" . Brexit may well have further fogged this issue.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Cris2
I live in Spain and have an IVA with IVA.org they were very happy to help once they established the current situation with regards to Brexit.
I moved to Spain before Brexit and had been in Spain just over a year before setting up an iva. I tried stepchange initially and despite their own website saying I would be eligible they said they were unable to help!
Anyway I use a currency exchange (Wise) to get my pension paid into in sterling then I transfer money in Euros from my Wise account to my Spanish bank account. I leave the money needed to pay my IVA in sterling in my Wise account and I goes to my IVA each month as a standing order. It works well in my situation but there are other ways depending on your circumstances.
