Hi, I have recently moved to Denmark with my partner and children for health reasons to my partner. We jointly have unsecured debts in the UK of around £30k (loan, cedit cards and overdafts) and we are struggling to pay them. Can I get an IVA while abroad? If so, is it recommended in our situation or is there another solution? PS - I am working so we can afford around £200 per month to pay off - currently around £500 per month! Many thanks. [:)]

Hi
if you have a contact address in the UK you could look into an IVA but a disposible income of £200 may not make it viable.
You could also look at bankruptcy and draw a line under your debts
