iva without it affecting my husband's credit?

can i start an c for my debts without it affecting my husbands credit as we have joint bank accounts

Hi
If you enter into an IVA and you have joint accounts that are ovedrawn then this amount will have to be included in the IVA.Your husband will still be liable for the overdraft even though you have included it within an IVA so he will have to operate the account as normal,he may well also have to become the sole holder of the account.
It should not affect his credit but I think in reality that it may do.
