Well after the slight delay due to system probs have just received the call from Tom at Mel's team (what a lovely man could kiss him right now!!!!) both mine & hubby's IVA's accepted no modifications - everybody voted YES 14p in the £ - £130per month.
For anybody just starting out down the IVA route please do not be scared as I have about your dividend or monthly payment I have spent 2 months terrified that there was no way this would be accepted due to reading some other posts but they all voted yes as this really was my best offer.
Thank you to everybody on Mels team - Mel,Tina,Amie,Claire,Kelly & Tom you have all been amazing and now I have the chance of a much better life I know the road will be long and hard at times but I will get there.
and thank you to all who have sent me best wishes and given me fantastic advice over the last few months do not know where i would have been without you all.
and lastly Good luck to everybody else waiting for their meetings i hope they will all be possitive results in the end xxxxx[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

thank googness, mine was approved today also, so happy.

Your name has been changed as a matter of security. Unfortunately it is not safe to use a genuine identity with so many spammers around. We do hope this is OK ?

A great feeling isn't it to have that relief and weight lifted from shoulders.

Congrats harrysmummy and Julie. Very pleased for you both. Ours is still being questioned by one of our creditors I'm afraid, so can't join you in your celebrations yet unfortunately.
