IPA is an income payment agreement in bankruptcy, IPO is an income payment order.

NEDCAB is the Derbyshire CAB who post on here from time to time.

Here you go Darth-

IPO - Income Payments Order (applied for at court by the Official Receiver in Bankruptcy)

IPA - Income Payments Agreement (a voluntary agreement to income payments, which does not go through court)

NEDCAB - North East Derbyshire Citizen's Advice Bureau (they posted on a previous thread about the new policies coming into effect on 1st December)
Take care,

The Major, I am the site manager of the sister BR site, and I'm concerned that you seem to think that BR assist is heavily promoted on that site and I'm not sure where you get that impression.

Professional posters are allowed to post their contact details in the same way as on this site, and, like here they are not allowed to tout for business. Anyone doing so will be warned and if they persist they will be locked out of the forum.

If a non professional and non expert poster chooses to recommend a BR assist company they are free to do so, but this must only be in the context of the original post, i.e. if someone has asked for this information.

Hi Skippy

How its seems to done on the sister site is via the back door, I quite agree that professional posters are not allowed to post for business however one particular poster not an expert has posted almost 200 postings directing individuals to one particular expert, before the clients have any opportunity to get their answers on the open forum for free, now I know that some people when they have had a good service of someone likes to tell others but this poster lives and breathes for this particular company.

The Major, I've asked Andy to pass my email address to you - I'm interested in what you have to say about the BR forum, but I don't think that this is the place for the conversation!
