Have another look at the link I posted, it's quite helpful. Luxuries are classed as gym membership, extravagant Sky package, private health insurance, do you get the idea. You need to list everything you spend though. X

so you can have sky as long as a basic bundle, phone, internet i read it i couldnt work it out whats ccs?

Consumer Credit Counselling Service, type it into google and have a read. Once you get all your paperwork sorted and make the call to an IP, you'll feel so much better. Keep posting, lots of support here. X
