I've finally got my CC after waiting 18 months. When will my name be taken off the register ?

Well Ive finally got my CC after waiting for nearly 18 months and im so relieved its finally over.

My question is when will my name be taken off the Insolvency register?

Hi, fab news, now you've got that it shouldn't be long, think mine was off within the month, keep checking and one day it will be gone. For me that was the most important bit...hoping for a speedy removal from the register.

This is the problem thats not being addressed as your name is on that register even though you have completed
Once you complete paying ie 5 years that means you are finished Regardless of PPI etc thats a side issue and now anybody can look that information up and find out Thats ok if you are paying it but once you complete you should come off it It should be an automatic thing or they can make a phone call to check

I wonder is this some kind of data protection discrimination act ? as lets be honest its not correct All that states is your start date and DOB etc
Its false information thats having an impact on your life

The original set up wait for a CC ok but thats now un realistic when you are over 12 months past

It can take up to three months to be removed from the register, although on average it is a few days .... Keep checking it daily ..it will happen !
