While I don't doubt that there are genuine BR assist companies out there who do a good job, the ones that mail shot people are acting in their own best interests, not those of the debtor.
shrewsbury debt has a nerve telling us to stop whingeing and implying we think we are all experts because we have an iva.
Well guess what-we are experts-we have been through the long process of discussing dmp,iva and bankruptcy-I for one have been through the dmp process and currently in the iva-and I bet theres not a lot you could tell me or many of the other posters we dont already know!!!
You talk like we are a bunch of morons for not seeing your point of view and accepting the rubbish you put through our doors.
Well guess what-If any of us wanted to go bankrupt it is easy enough to do it ourselves-life is difficult enough in this current climate without you lot throwing a spanner in the works.Leave us in peace-if you were all so good at your jobs you wouldnt need to mailshot at all.

I have to send my apologies to The Major - I had misread the percentages of cases he was referring to, and agree that between 30 and 40 per cent of IVAs are failing at present across the board.
Very sorry and need to get my eyes tested I think.
