Oh very close to me then!!! I can recommend three excellent firms of solicitors in Cardiff who would give you 1/2 hour free advice on this point if you could make the time.

Hi Melanie,

Couldnt get back onto the website for some reason yesterday, anyway, that would be superb.

Can you let me know who I should contact?

The sooner I get this sorted, the sooner I can petition.

Do they give any further advice on BR?

Cardiff is no problem.

The people that I would recommend that you speak to are:-

Helen Tudball of Berry Smith (02920-345511)
Matthew Hunt of Hunt & Morgan (02920 - 341234)
Richard Locke of Hugh James (02920 - 224871)

I think that the site ws down last night. I could not get on either. They will be able to give you legal advice with regard to bankruptcy proceedings.

Hello Melanie,

All of these are obviously confidential (silly question) I know, but as I deal in the property market its a small world.

Do I just ring anyone you have listed and mention your name??

Many thanks again,

That is fine - I know all of these solicitors personally, and I am sure that they would be more than happy to oblige. And of course they will treat your details with utmost confidentiality.
