joint debts about 25000 pounds

me and my husband have joint debts about 25000 pounds can we do an iva joint

Hi Deborah
There is not a joint iva but two can run together side by side which means income expenditure etc are all calculated together and there is only one monthly payment, but they are still in effect two separate ivas and have to be agreed by creditors separately. If you dont mind posting more of your income and outgoings minus debt payments who your creditors are and the amounts owed then we will all be able to advise further.

Hi Deborah and welcome to the forum

You will need to take more specific advice with regard to your ability to put forward IVA's. There is no such thing as a joint IVA - but you can propose individual arrangements which involve the payments of a joint contribution.
