Just a bit of advice I know it cheeky but thought Id ask, I have completed my IVA and have the CC however iv had a lot of companies calling about PPI claims. As my debts entered an agreement within the IVA, I have completed my IVA is there any reason why i cany go for a ppi claim, will i get any money (if applicable) or will my creditors get them

How long ago was your IVA complete?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Welcome j109. If you have your CC, why not. However, I would not use a PPI claims company. They will take a daft percentage. Make the claims yourself. It's an unbelievably easy thing to do. If you need any help, come back on the forum.
Completed IVA - August 2012 pheeeeeeeeeew

Be careful using a claims firm as they may not get their cut if the companies you reclaim against all offset your claim against debt written off, resulting in you getting a bill for their work!!!

By all means try it yourself but dont expect to rake it in.

Hi I completed June 2010 I finished early was due to complete Feb 2012 but I sold my house and did a full and final. My IVA will be dropping off 22nd Feb this year. So its clean up time now

Thanks for your views a little confused how the creditors can say they are paying my PPI claim towards my outstanding debt as I thought when you recieved a Completion Certificate it meant you entered into a contract(IVA) was successful and subsequently the debts then disappear as the defaults are marked as satisfied??

Debts may be marked as satisfied but creditors still maintain records so will know whats been written off. Nobody has contested such a post iva ppi reclaim offset in the courts so not sure of the rights or wrongs.
