if i go down the IVA route what happens to things you are tied into for a year? mobile phone etc.
will i need a new bank account if i owe money on credit cards to that particular lender.

Hi Andrew.

You need to change your bank account if it is one of your creditors, and do it asap.

Mobile phone contracts are ok.

You will need a basic bank account with no overdraft facility. We were advised to go with Halifax Easy Cash, it has online banking and you get an electron card.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.
