Hi
Our IVA was approved on the 27th December 2007, so more or less a year in front on yours.
We have already received all our review paperwork from DFD.
I am almost sure your IP firm has 3 months after the anniversary to carry out the review.
Hope this helps

Hi Fergie, maybe they will forget you & the payments can stay the same! are you expecting an increase?

hi fergie i would give your ip firm a ring to remind them,so you dont have any nasty reprisals regarding payment increases.

We review at the time of the anniversary, and file our report within the following two months. If you have any specific concerns FD - please call me directly or one of the team dealing with your case, but there is absolutely nothing to fear with the process.
