Stop worrying !!! Just send any letters etc to your IP and they will sort it out.You are now in a legally binding agreement so let your IP deal with any communications.

Hi gaborkiraly congratulations on getting your IVA. I still received letters off of one of my creditors two months after my IVA was set up. I think it was just a catch up game. If you feel so unsure of what is going on talk to your IP who will be able to put your mind at rest. Just out of interest also, I have been trying to locate the IVA register, how did you access this to read your information? Thanks Spenmotherhen

Yes you should be able to forward these letters to your IP. However, if you try to be patient and simply explain to all those harassing you that you have a IVA in place and it is against the law for them to continue to harass you the phone calls and letters should eventually trickle out.

You're welcome. I'm glad to hear that you can finally relax now. I was wondering about the name. I have seen Gabor Kiraly play a couple of times in his primark tracksuit bottoms, very amusing but not a bad keeper. Enjoy the game and keep us updated on your IVA experiences.
