My friend has recently seperated from her husband who has just been declared bankrupt supposedly with no assets. She believes he may have property and or bank accounts on the Isle of Man who I know have a different duristiction, taxation etc. Will the official receiver automatically check for offshore accounts or would she be better to highlight her suspicians to them?
