If i was in a position to re-mortgage at this time, i would be looking at a loan of 128k over 15 years,(assuming 85% LTV is still available).
Could one of our venerable panel of experts give me some idea of the monthly repayments.
Please be gentle with me.

Hi OT,

Complicated subject which any of the mortgage-brokers who post on this site would be happy to talk through with you.

As others have stated in the past; just because certain mortgage arrangements may be available to you does not mean they are right for you.

Equally just because remortgaging doesn't seem viable right now doesn't mean that a chat with a mortgage broker would not serve a purpose; good to get a second opinion.

Andrew.
Not particularly, just playing with figures.
I just wondered how the figures worked out.
In any case, we have a "no variations in the first 24 months" clause.

Thanks OT,

No harm in playing with numbers. Good way to think through options before you get to month 24.

I do tend to get a little premature sometimes.
(Mrs Torch says its my age).
Although 5 years seems a long time, at least we can plan
ahead now, whereas, pre IVA, any thoughts for
the future were impossible.
I'm so excited i could crush a grape!.
