Congratulations on the news Cath.

You need to speak to your prospective IP and inform them of this. I don't know how it will affect your proposal.

If you have an IP appointed give them a call ASAP so they can guide you through.

You will oviously have to amend the Income and Expenditure you had planned.

Once you have spoken to them if you have any questions ask them here and you'll get plenty of good advice.

Hi Cath and congratulations !

First thing to do is speak to your IP right away. Your proposal can, hopefully, be altered to suit the new circumstances. You will have to decide on future plans now, though, bearing in mind maternity pay benefits, how much your employer might make them up, and when you want to return to work.

A bit of planning and all should be OK.

Congratulations from me as well. I can understand your hesitancy Cath but do tell them about the pregnancy and plan for the IVA and the birth of your child. xx

It's best to put them in the picture asap -- I know it's early days, but GT are slow at the best of times these days and they will need the time.
