Fuzzy, that's too bad! The only light in the gloom though, is that they haven't come out and said no straight away.

Fingers crossed that Egg come up with the right decision. It'll be a long two weeks though.

Stick with us and we'll see you through it!

I really do hope it goes your way. I think you are being remarkably cheerful as well. I'm sure I would be in floods of tears.

Hi fuzzy

Sorry its not gone as you would have liked but dont give up, an adjournment can be seen as a good thing in that they are willing to discuss.
Hopefully your Ip can turn them around.
Stay positive fuzzy .

keep the faith, it's not a no yet and it doesn't have to be. I'm sure somebody at head office will look at it on it's merits and commercial viability and make a fair decision. It's out of your hands now so try not to worry and let your ip do his stuff.

just had a conversation with my ip and i seem to not have recieved a letter dated 3rd oct stating eggs requirements and info
an email soon arrived after this conversation

the jist of it is
egg want

my private pension contributions suspended

i seemingly have two cars ( we only have one btw) they want a breakdown of cost for "both" cars

they also want confirmation of mine and my wifes income bonuses benfits etc

they also want the ip fees reduced by 2000 plus vat but will accept a supervisors fee up to 15% per collection

and they want to know my eldest childs educational status ( a child benefit thing )

an imformed decision will be taken after this information is submitted

[* Edited by Admin - Details of a private conversation with an IP were posted here. The IP requested these details be removed, which we have agreed to. The statement was about the actions of a certain creditor and the size of debts that they are now querying in their IVA process *]

any chance of a rollyeyes smiley [:)]

Hi Fuzzy,

We decided to suspend my private pension when we applied for the IVA as it was one of the things that was picked up by our IVA. And the kids ages were flagged too.

Keep your head up, and if you could magic another car up for me, that'd be fab!

Surely the IP has the details of the household income? Can't they pass that on to Egg?

I would have thought that they would have known about the car as well. I had to send a copy of the registration document to Payplan.

And of course, IP's fees is nothing to do with you.
