Natwest have today sent me a new credit card with a£6,000 limit. I destroyed it straight away but surely Natwest know I'm in an IVA? x

Wouldnt they need a signature though before giving out cards? Just a thought...

I guess this will be due to the great communication some of these companies have. I would send it back with a letter explaining their mistake and ensuring they know about the iva. Terrible though it shows how irresponsible they an be.

That's dreadful![:0][:0][:0]

At least you did the right thing by cutting it up.

I'd certainly phone them and tell them.

It took Natwest 4 months to work out I was in an IVA!! They didn't even bother chasing me till afterwards. They did send me a nice shiny new credit card though, bless em! Not that it would have been much use though, it'd been maxed out for over a year!!
