Welcome to the forum ..... Www.iva.com provides links to a vast array of recommended IPs that can represent you. The company you mention I have heard off ...if you are unsure best advice would be to contact two or three to gain a feel for which feels right .... Spending an extra couple of weeks now selecting your IP will pay dividends in the end
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Look at my blog "All I wanted was a baby"

HiSimond and welcome to the forum :-)

People entering an IVA want to be sure they have chosen the IP that is right for them and make sure they are 100% happy with their chosen IVA company.

Seek some advice from IPs and then you can decide who you want to proceed with :-)

Hi Simon. I would suggest you chat with a couple of company's to see who you feel at ease with and to compare advice.

When checking, as mentioned above, there are reviews on www.iva.com Also a shuftie around this forum with yield clues and "Google is your friend".
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I've no knowledge of them but it's good to ask advice on the forum, maybe someone who is using them for their IVA will comment.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I can only offer the same advice as others

Just think on this. You will potentially dealing with your IP for 6 years. So they have to feel right for you else the relief you should get from the IVA will be substituted for worry if your IP is doing things right
There are 10 kinds of people that understand binary, those that do and those that don't

As others say, shop around a little first. I spoke to a couple of companies when starting out following the advice on this fantastic forum. As it happens I am with Knightsbridge and have had no problems with them and found them to be very good for me. You certainly do not need to worry about them if that is who you choose to work with.

Have you actually managed to speak with the IP directly at this firm Simon?

Hi Simond,

As others have said its worth doing a little research into the companies available as you will be working with your chosen company for 5-6 years. There are lots of discussions on this forum which can help in your research.

Once you have a few companies in mind give them a call and chat through your circumstances and see how you feel after that.
I work alongside Melanie Giles and Kelly O at PJG Recovery. Picking up the phone is the hardest part, from then on things WILL get better... For help, find our contact details at www.pjgrecovery.com or www.melaniegiles.com
