Its now been over 6 years since my iva started. Iva has been removed from credit agencies, but I noticed that some accounts, although they have the correct default date on, are past the 6 year mark but are Still on my report! Should they have dropped off now and if so why are they still on there? Is it just that it takes a while to update? 6 year mark was only end of May, could that be why? I hope I've made sense.

Could take a few days to update, Experian say up to a month.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Give them till July ..some creditors update monthly so wont show until June. For those that are still there after this I would write to them requesting removal and provide a copy of your certificate.
