just an update on my BR .

I got a letter from the OR's office to-day, my car is exempt and they re not interested in it.

Ok, well I guess that means that I get to keep it, the letter says that I am responsible for the upkeep, taxation and roadworthyness of the vehicle.

Cool so the car is safe .. shame but my motorbike ( very old ) has to go.

What is interesting is that during the period of bankruptcy , I dont actually seem to own anything unless the OR says so, I know that they are not going to take stuff away but it did make me think about 'ownership'.
